Dina Oum comes to the University of Rhode Island after 2 ½ years at the states Board of Review. While at the Board, Ms. Oum prepared notices for hearings, as well as processed decisions rendered by the hearing officers. Prior to that, she was the Data Control Clerk for the Department of Human Services (DHS) where she processed payroll, prepared salary and longevity increases for employees and assisted DHS employees with other departmental issues.

Dina is single and lives in Cranston, RI.
