University of Rhode Island Sports Medicine

The primary goal of the University of Rhode Island sports medicine staff is to provide the best medical care possible to all varsity student athletes. The entire medical staff is devoted to the education, health and injury care, prevention, evaluation and rehabilitation of athletic related injuries. The sports medicine staff is dedicated to returning athletes to their sport in the safest and quickest manner as possible.
