Was a four-year honor roll student and member of the baseball and football teams at St. John's Prep... Captained his baseball team as a senior... Helped lead his team to three-consecutive Catholic Conference championship titles (2005-07) and advanced to the state finals his junior year... Three-time North finalists (2005-07)... Was a two-time Catholic Conference All-Star... Also earned Boston Globe and Salem Evening News All-Star honors... Received the English Scholar Award and was a member of the National Honors Society...
