Picked up his first win of the season at Maryland-Eastern Shore on March 1... Recorded eight strikeouts in five innings against Northeastern on March 25... Struck out five batters in four innings of work against Boston College on April 8... Earned his second win of the season pitching 6.1 shut out innings against Quinnipiac on April 15... Pitched five innings with four strikeouts to earn his third victory of the season against Connecticut on April 23.
2007:
Finished with a 1-0 record while appearing in 13 games in 2007....Pitched 16.2 consecutive innings without allowing an eared run (March 27-April 25)... Made his collegiate debut in the season-opener against Florida International University, pitching 2.2 innings and recording two strikeouts on Feb. 23... Pitched five excellent innings, allowing no earned runs, striking out three and giving up just one hit in a win over Central Connecticut on April 3... Allowed just two hits and one earned run with six strikeouts in 3.1 innings against Harvard on April 10... Recorded his first career win in his first NCAA start, pitching seven shutout innings and allowing just four hits while striking out five batters in a 4-0 win over Connecticut on April 25... Threw two innings and struck out one batter in a 5-4 win over Siena on April 30... Pitched a scoreless ninth inning to close out the game in an 11-1 loss to top-seeded Charlotte at the Atlantic 10 Championship on May 24.
High School:
Was a four-year honor-roll student and two-year member of the baseball team at Nashua South High School... Compiled a 16-2 career pitching record and recorded 143 strikeouts in his junior and senior years... Pitched a complete game and led his team to a win in the 2005 State Championship game... Was the starting pitcher in the 2006 New Hampshire vs. Maine All-Star... Was an All-Area and All-State First Team selection in in 2005 and 2006...
