SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Mark Stevens finished in a tie for 33rd overall, as the University of Rhode Island golf team finished 15th at the Roadrunner Invitational in San Antonio, Texas.

URI shot a three-round total of 920 (305-303-312) in the two-day event, which was played at the Oak Hills Country Club (par 71-6,765 yards). Mississippi State took home the team title, firing a three-round total of 864.

Stevens shot an opening round 73, followed by a 76 and a final round 75, for a total of 224. Jarryd Dillas was the second Rams finisher, tying for 43rd place (76-74-76 -- 226). Brad Valois tied for 68th (79-72-82 -- 233), while Patrick Pelletier tied for 77th (77-81-79 -- 237). Bill McDonald rounded out the Rhody finishers in 88th place (81-87-89 -- 257). Mississippi State's Noah Goldman was the individual titleist, shooting 212 (73-64-75) for the three rounds.

The Rams return to action from Feb. 28-March 2, when they take part in the Ron Smith Invitational in Tampa, Fla.
