2006-07: Placed fourth in the pole vault (14-07.25) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track & Field Championship ... finished fourth in pole vault (13-09.25) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championship ... placed 17th in long jump (20-08.50) at New England Championship ... finished first in long jump (22-05.75), fourth in pole vault (14-03.25), and seventh in high jump (6-00.75) at Rhody Mega Meet ... seventh in pole vault (13-09.25) and 10th in long jump (20-09.75) at Sorlien Memorial Invitational. High School: Earned four varsity letters in track & field and three in football, serving as track & field captain in 2005-06 ... holds two school records at Concord - high jump (6'6") and long jump (22'4"). Personal: Born November 10, 1987 ... son of Michael and Jennifer Westover ... has two siblings - John and Mark, a member of the URI track & field team ... enjoys fishing and golfing ... lists Roy Williams as his favorite pro athlete and the Dallas Cowboys as his favorite pro team ... biomedical engineering major at URI. |
